About Our Clinic
In 2017 Dino Santoro MD started North Country Behavioral Medicine after leaving his position at CVPH Medical Center. At first our group consisted of Dr. Santoro, Jennifer Kanaly NP and Jennifer Brennan NP. We were soon joined by Dr. Archil Chechelashvili. Since then we have grown by leaps and bounds. In 2020 we expanded into a larger physical space in Plattsburgh, NY. Also in 2020, in partnership with Northwestern Counseling and Support Services, we opened a satellite TMS clinic in St. Albans, VT. We are very proud of our growth and ability to serve our Community, including our newest location in Colchester, VT.
